"a good laugh is sunshine in the house" - William Makepeace Thackeray

  laughter ...

expands your lungs ... lifts your mood ... makes you feel younger ... lowers your blood pressure ... shrinks problems ... brightens your day ... boosts your immune system ... tones your tummy ... and  brings out the best in you

... so come to a laughter event & give it a go !

Our series of Spring laughter events has finished, but we will be back with more in the Autumn. Please contact us if you would like to be kept informed.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who took part. Some of our participants said:

"thank you again for such a positive experience"
"I spent a very good time laughing with you"
"Having spent the morning laughing I left feeling more positive and able to re-evaluate my perspective on life ... plus I laughed all the way home"

what happens in laughter sessions?

Games  -  because we all want to play! Play is a natural expression of happiness, and too many adults have forgotten how to let go and enjoy games. This is a chance to relive playground games, party games, group games, circle games - and to rediscover how to play.

Laughter Yoga - devised by Dr Kataria in India, this is a set of moves, laughs, and gestures to give your laughing gear a complete workout. Find out more here.

Relaxation and visualisation - find out how to use your happiest memories to keep you calm, energised, and joyful.
